For 2008 D3 has refined the D3 Nightmares. We improved the overall rocker for more stability and edge hold into the bottom of the jump. Freddy and Denny have had two full seasons to dial the shape in and the results have been easy to see. Freddy continues to dominate the jump world with record after record. These skis are very easy to turn and initiate with minimal effort. Once on edge the speed is unparalleled and every skier will appreciate the added control into the bottom of the jump. “For 2008 I wanted to tweak the jumpers and try to find more speed, but not give up the consistency and control I have come to appreciate in the D3 Nightmares. Keeping in mind that I want a pair of skis that will continue to move through the turn when I get anxious and start pushing and they must settle in off the second wake to the jump immediately.

So after 6 weeks of tweaking we came up with a slightly altered tail rocker and a new flat spot position that we believe has made the skis even faster as well as actually seems to settle them in better off the second wake. After spending 3 years on the same designed skis, I am really excited about heading into the 2008 season on my new skis.”
