Congratulations!
You have just purchased one of the finest water skis in the world.
We would like to offer you some tips on how to make this new
relationship with you and your ski a long and happy one. Your new D3 comes with a Performance Guarantee . It simply states
that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance
of your new D3 Custom slalom ski you may return it within 30
days for a refund. Here are the conditions of the guarantee.

Only
applies to factory direct purchases . 30 day period begins
the day the ski arrives.

Please
take great care not to scratch or damage the ski. Damage will
result in a charge upon return.

Please
use only a hand screwdriver to install your bindings. Use only
provided hardware to attach bindings. Please take extra care
not to cross thread when starting the screws.

Please
follow binding position, fin position and wing position recommendations
which are provided.

If
within the 30-day period you decide the ski is not for you.

understand we need to hear from you prior to the expiration
of the 30 day period. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS

We
will issue you a Return Authorization code. Please write this
code on the box and return it with all hardware to the following
address: D3 Skis 807 Prospect St. #4 Ellensburg,
WA 98926 Please insure your shipment as D3 is not
responsible for any returned product while in transit. Absolutely
no returns will be accepted without an authorization code.

Upon
arrival the ski will be inspected for damage. Once cleared, you
will then receive a credit for the ski. D3 will deduct a $40
DEMO FEE from the refund. Freight
costs are non-refundable.
